Hello dear ones,

as you know I've ordered from Lush. This mission went to a packing station at the I have registered on the same day that I've made the Lush order.

Now it so that it takes for the packing station, a card, similar to a bank card and PIN. I did not know that. So I called DHL and they have left my package 7 days longer at the packing station. Today, then the postman came with my welcome package and DHL wanted for my card have - ok. Now it is so that my last name in three different versions on my identity card is o__O course I've given my last name with DHL as I write it nunmal. The postman did

not give me the letter from DHL. I called DHL and asked whether this kind of stupid Package from the packing station gets, but there is nothing to make the package will go back Monday to Lush.

Would not so tragic if the package had not been paid.

So I called Lush and explaining everything to you and say that I of course pay shipping to my home.

I did not care about anything I get the main thing now, somehow, the stupid package.

The woman in customer service was super friendly and said I would not pay the shipping and they would contact the DHL representative in contact and then call me back. The woman has really bothered me great and called 4 times xD

The upshot is Lush told me today that sent the package again and they get the package Monday from the packing plant back.

I do of course have to be sure that these freight stations and it is also good because not everyone can easily turn. But when I imagine there now paid NEN laptop would be in there and I can not it - annoying ....
